Marko Nikolic
Managing Partner
Marko founded Moa Capital in 2018. Prior to founding Moa Capital, Marko worked at two leading lower-middle market private equity firms, Southfield Capital and Waterman Capital. At his previous firms Marko focused on origination, execution of new investment opportunities and management of portfolio companies. During his time at Southfield Capital, Marko served on the board of directors for Tier One Relocation, Ntiva and American Refrigeration.
Ray Lucas
Operating Partner
Ray joined Moa Capital in 2023 as an Operating Partner. Prior to joining Moa Capital, Ray was SVP Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at True Temper Sports. Ray is a proven senior executive with over 25 years experience as a leader in highly integrated, multi-functional organizations. He has an extensive network and experience organizing sales, marketing, manufacturing and financial functions.
Joe Boleski
Principal
Joe joined Moa Capital in 2024 as a Principal. Prior to joining Moa Capital, Joe led the M&A activities for Dura-Line, a $1B manufacturer of fiber internet and power infrastructure products. Prior to Dura-Line, Joe spent nearly 18 years as an investment banker with KPMG Corporate Finance and Brown Gibbons Lang assisting entrepreneurial, corporate, and private equity clients through M&A and financing transactions.
Joe DoCarmo
Associate
Joe joined Moa Capital in 2023 as an Associate. Prior to joining Moa Capital, Joe worked at Dragonfly Commerce, an eCommerce acquisition and development company based in Boston, MA. While at Dragonfly, Joe was a Manager of M&A and Integration focused on execution of new investment opportunities.
