Joe Boleski joins Moa Capital as a Principal

NEW JERSEY – Moa Capital announced today that Joe Boleski has joined the firm as a Principal.

Joe is a proven investment professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate development and investment banking. Joe brings a wealth of transaction experience and deep professional network to the firm and its partner companies.

Prior to joining Moa Capital, Joe led the M&A activities for Dura-Line, a global manufacturer of fiber internet and power infrastructure products. Prior to Dura-Line, Joe spent nearly 18 years as an investment banker with KPMG Corporate Finance and Brown Gibbons Lang, assisting entrepreneurial, corporate, and private equity clients through M&A and financing transactions.

Joe earned a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
