Joe DoCarmo joins Moa Capital as an Associate

NEW JERSEY – Moa Capital announced today that Joe DoCarmo has joined the firm as an Associate.

Joe has seven years of experience in a variety of functions and brings a strong analytical background. Joe has extensive experience assessing investment opportunities and performing all aspects of diligence.

Prior to joining Moa Capital, Joe worked at Dragonfly Commerce, an eCommerce acquisition and development company based in Boston, MA. While at Dragonfly, Joe was a Manager of M&A and Integration focused on execution of new investment opportunities. Prior to Dragonfly Commerce, Joe worked at EY in the Strategy & Transactions group and PwC in the Assurance practice.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
